Aujourd'hui, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Promoteur des ventes / Merchandiseur pour développer et faire rayonner nos marques sur le secteur de Bretagne !

Votre périmètre : 35 - 22 - 56 - 29 - 44

🚀 Votre mission :

  • Assurer la mise en avant commerciale : Rattaché au Chef des Ventes Régional, vous former avec les Chef de Secteur un binôme permettant d’assurer le suivi des ventes auprès d’une clientèle existante et vous aidez a la conquête de nouveaux clients.
  • Réaliser la mise en avant marketing : Vous assurez la mise en place de la gamme et des innovations. Votre rôle de Promoteur des Ventes consiste à participer aux implantations des produits et à leur mise en rayon. Vous implantez les concepts merchandising par enseigne, dynamisez et mettez en place les opérations promotionnelles et trade marketing.
  • Participer au suivi commercial : Vous remontez les informations du terrain (clients, concurrents) et assurez un rôle important de veille par rapport aux éléments concurrentiels du marché.

Le profil que nous recherchons :

Audacieux(se), pragmatique et déterminé(e), vous souhaitez contribuer au développement de nos marques et participer à un projet d’entreprise ambitieux ? Rejoignez MDP et mettez votre énergie, vos compétences et votre talent au service de notre croissance !

  • Formation et expérience : vous êtes titulaire d’un niveau Bac à dominante commerciale et justifiez d’une première expérience sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur du bricolage ou de la distribution.
  • Aisance commerciale : vous avez le goût du terrain, une bonne résistance physique et savez convaincre vos interlocuteurs pour atteindre vos objectifs.
  • Intérêt pour notre secteur : vous êtes sensible aux univers du bricolage et de la décoration et avez le sens du résultat.
  • Organisation et autonomie : vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), structuré(e) et capable de travailler en autonomie.
  • Esprit d’initiative : vous êtes force de proposition et savez faire preuve de créativité pour identifier des solutions adaptées.
  • Dynamisme et persévérance : enthousiaste, motivé(e) et tenace, vous vous investissez pleinement dans vos missions.
  • Esprit d’équipe : vous adoptez une attitude positive et constructive et appréciez de contribuer à une dynamique collective au sein de MDP.
