Nous recherchons un Directeur de développement des ventes pour piloter et fédérer une équipe de Technico-Commerciaux itinérants.

Votre quotidien :

  • Vous avez à cœur d’atteindre les objectifs de développement du chiffre d’affaires et de rentabilité du portefeuille clients sur votre secteur, en accord avec le plan commercial régional et national.
  • Vous êtes à l’initiative d’opportunités de développement (nouveaux secteurs, nouveaux marchés).
  • Vous avez à cœur de faire grandir votre équipe et développer leurs compétences, notamment par le suivi de leurs formations technique et commerciale.
  • Vous accompagnez vos commerciaux sur le terrain, et vous facilitez ainsi l'obtention de chantiers.
  • Responsable de la performance commerciale de votre équipe, vous assurez l’animation des opérations commerciales, le respect des plans de vente, le suivi des résultats, tout comme la gestion des budgets et des recouvrements, avec l'aide des équipes supports.
  • Animé par la satisfaction de nos clients, vous travaillez en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales en points de vente.

Votre profil :

Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation de niveau Bac+ 3 à Bac+5 spécialisée Commerce et vous possédez une expérience significative en tant que manager d’équipe commerciale itinérante, idéalement en univers BtoB.
