The posting

Voor een klant zijn we op zoek naar een Infrastructure System Engineer die verantwoordelijk is voor het beheer en de ondersteuning van diverse IT-infrastructuren en systemen. Je beheert en werkt mee aan de verdere uitbouw van de IT-infrastructuur en zorgt mee voor stabiele, veilige en conforme IT-operaties.

Je werkt nauw samen met lokale en internationale IT-teams, leveranciers en andere stakeholders. In deze rol zoeken met kandidaten met minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol in een (middel)grote, internationale omgeving.

Het takenpakket:

Dagelijkse werkzaamheden

  • Servers, netwerken, opslag en clouddiensten monitoren
  • Systeemmeldingen beoordelen en incidenten oplossen
  • Back-uptaken en de herstelstatus controleren
  • Gebruikersaccounts, wachtwoorden en toegangsrechten beheren
  • Servicedesktickets afhandelen
  • Systeemprestaties en capaciteit monitoren

Infrastructuurbeheer

  • Installeren, configureren en onderhouden van:
  • Windows Server- en Linux-servers
  • Active Directory / Entra ID
  • VMware, Hyper-V of andere virtualisatieplatformen
  • Opslagplatformen (SAN/NAS)
  • Netwerkdiensten (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Microsoft 365-diensten

Beveiligingsbeheer

  • Beveiligingspatches en updates installeren
  • Endpointbeveiliging en antivirussoftware beheren
  • Beveiligingslogboeken en meldingen beoordelen
  • Kwetsbaarheden verhelpen
  • Toegangscontroles voor accounts met verhoogde rechten onderhouden
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij nalevingscontroles en audits

Identiteits- en toegangsbeheer

  • Gebruikersaccounts aanmaken en deactiveren
  • Rolgebaseerde toegang beheren
  • Periodieke controles van toegangsrechten uitvoeren
  • Problemen met authenticatie en eenmalige aanmelding (SSO) oplossen
  • Beleid voor multifactorauthenticatie (MFA) en voorwaardelijke toegang beheren

Back-ups en noodherstel

  • Het slagingspercentage van back-ups monitoren
  • Hersteltests uitvoeren

Cloudbeheer

  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft 365
  • Apparaatbeheer via Intune

  • Teams-beheer

Documentatie en governance

  • Systeemdocumentatie onderhouden
  • Configuratiegegevens in de CMDB bijwerken
  • Operationele procedures bijwerken en verbeteren
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij audits en controles op de naleving van wet- en regelgeving

Projecten en verbeteractiviteiten

10 tot 20% van de werktijd:

  • Infrastructuurupgrades (INFRA 101 Harmonisatie)
  • Cloudmigraties (INFRA101 Harmonisatie)
  • Aanscherping van beveiligingsinstellingen (NIS2)

De ideale kandidaat is:

  • Hands-on en oplossingsgericht.
  • Zelfstandig en neemt ownership over zijn/haar verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Sterk georganiseerd en nauwkeurig in documentatie.
  • Flexibel en servicegericht.
  • Communicatief sterk in Nederlands en Engels; Frans en Italiaans zijn een plus.
  • Teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt met zowel lokale als internationale teams.

Locatie

Als consultant word je uitgestuurd op opdrachten bij klanten over heel Vlaanderen. We kijken wel naar klanten in jouw regio. Onze consultancy opdrachten zijn voor langere termijn, bij één vaste klant. Deze klant is gelegen in de regio van Ieper.
