Wat ga je doen?

- Je leidt workshops en verkennende gesprekken met klanten.

- Je vertaalt bedrijfsbehoeften naar praktische Veeva CRM-oplossingen en configuratiebeslissingen.

- Je configureert en onderhoudt Veeva Vault CRM en aanverwante oplossingen.

- Je ondersteunt migraties van Veeva CRM op Salesforce naar Veeva Vault CRM. Dit omvat datamigratie, testen, validatie, implementatie en de effectieve ingebruikname (go-live).

- Je evalueert bestaande CRM-configuraties en identificeert mogelijkheden tot verbetering.

- Je onderzoekt en lost functionele en technische problemen op.

- Je bepaalt de functionele integratievereisten en werkt samen met technische teams aan gekoppelde systemen.

- Je stelt functionele documentatie en configuratiedocumentatie op.

- Je begeleidt klanten tijdens het testproces, de go-live en de stabilisatiefase na de ingebruikname.

- Je werkt samen met business stakeholders, IT-teams, consultants en implementatiepartners.

- Je deelt je kennis en draagt bij aan de methodologieën en best practices van Carealize.

Wie zoeken we?

Idealiter beschik je over ongeveer 5 jaar relevante ervaring met Veeva CRM.

Je hebt:

- Sterke praktische ervaring met Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM of aanverwante Veeva Commercial-oplossingen.

- Ervaring met CRM-implementaties, configuraties of consultancy.

- Ervaring in het rechtstreeks samenwerken met businessgebruikers en stakeholders bij klanten.

- Het vermogen om bedrijfsvereisten te vertalen naar praktische systeemoplossingen.

- De capaciteit om zelfstandig CRM-functionaliteiten te configureren, te testen en problemen op te lossen, en om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor een functioneel werkdomein.

- Een goede kennis van commerciële processen binnen de Life Sciences-sector.

- Ervaring binnen de farmaceutische sector, biotech, medische hulpmiddelen of een andere relevante omgeving binnen Life Sciences.

- Ervaring met implementatie-, uitrol-, optimalisatie- of migratieprojecten.

- Een professionele beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels.

- Het wettelijke recht om in België te werken en een huidige woonplaats in België.

Extra troeven

- Ervaring met zowel Veeva CRM op Salesforce als Veeva Vault CRM.

- Ervaring met Veeva Events Management, Align, Network, PromoMats of andere gekoppelde commerciële systemen.

- Ervaring met Salesforce-administratie of -configuratie.

- Ervaring met CRM-datamigraties.

- Kennis van API's en integratieconcepten.

- Ervaring met SQL of andere tools voor het opvragen en analyseren van data.

- Ervaring met Agile-werkomgevingen.

- Relevante Veeva- en/of Salesforce-certificeringen.

- Een professionele kennis van het Frans.
