About the job

We are looking for a skilled FIMI & OSINT Analyst to join our team in Brussels. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, monitoring, analysing, and attributing Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference (FIMI) activities through advanced open-source intelligence techniques. You will work with complex datasets and online information ecosystems to uncover threat actors, assess influence operations, and provide actionable intelligence. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to transform raw intelligence into clear and impactful reporting for a variety of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced intelligence collection and research using Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Social Media Intelligence (SOCMINT), and Web Intelligence (WEBINT) methodologies.
  • Monitor and analyse online information environments to identify and assess FIMI activities, influence operations, disinformation campaigns, and emerging threats.
  • Map and track threat actor networks, behaviours, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Perform attribution analysis to identify actors behind foreign information manipulation and interference campaigns.
  • Gather, assess, and validate qualitative and quantitative intelligence from multiple open sources.
  • Produce concise, evidence-based intelligence reports, threat assessments, analytical briefings, and presentations.
  • Translate complex findings into actionable insights tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support intelligence-driven decision-making.
  • Stay informed on evolving geopolitical developments, information threats, and emerging analytical methodologies.

Profile requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in OSINT, SOCMINT, and WEBINT research within intelligence, threat analysis, disinformation analysis, FIMI, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting online investigations and analysing complex information environments.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and connections across large volumes of data.
  • Proven ability to transform unstructured information into structured, data-driven intelligence assessments.
  • Experience producing high-quality analytical reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Ability and willingness to work on-site in Brussels, Belgium.

Desired Assets

While not required, the following qualifications would be considered an advantage:

  • Existing EU or NATO Security Clearance.
  • Experience analysing foreign influence operations, disinformation campaigns, or hybrid threats.
  • Familiarity with digital investigation tools, social media monitoring platforms, and data analysis solutions.
  • Knowledge of geopolitical, security, or information threat landscapes.
  • Additional European language skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
