Voor onze locatie in Amersfoort zijn wij op zoek naar een Management Assistente , word jij onze duo-Collega?

Word jij ons visitekaartje en zit hospitality in jouw genen? Ben je representatief, een echte teamplayer, kun je goed organiseren en het overzicht bewaren? Ben jij beschikbaar voor 20 -24 uur per week? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

Vind jij het leuk om op onze vestiging in Amersfoort te werken en houd je van afwisseling om ook als back-up te functioneren voor onze andere vestigingen dan zien we je graag op de koffie.

Over de functie:

Als Management Assistent duo ben je samen het organisatorische hart van ons kantoor. Je ondersteunt en zorgt voor dat de dagelijkse operatie op rolletjes loopt. Omdat het een duobaan betreft, is een foutloze en proactieve overdracht tussen jullie beiden de sleutel tot succes. Jullie vullen elkaar aan, delen de verantwoordelijkheid en zorgen ervoor dat alles op rolletjes verloopt, ongeacht wie er die dag werkt.

Jullie zijn het aanspreekpunt van onze klanten, (nieuwe) medewerkers en partners, verrichten zelfstandig en proactief alle voorkomende werkzaamheden op ondersteunend en secretarieel gebied. Naast het werken met jouw duo partner, werk je ook samen met de secretariaten van de overige locaties van CROP, zodanig dat de werkprocessen van CROP - waar nodig - breed en eenduidig zijn georganiseerd. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten:

  • Afhandelen telefoonverkeer;
  • Onze vergaderzalen beheren en onze gasten voorzien van koffie en thee;
  • Voorraadbeheer;
  • Interne projecten en bijbehorende administratieve taken;
  • Agenderen, voorbereiden besprekingen en vergaderingen;
  • (Digitaal) archiveren;
  • Verzenden van jaarrekeningen en overige correspondentie.
  • Alle overige veelvuldige facilitaire werkzaamheden.

Wie ben jij?

Herken jij jezelf in bovenstaande functie- en taakomschrijving, dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Daarnaast voldoe je aan de volgende voorwaarden:

  • Functie gerelateerde en afgeronde MBO-opleiding;
  • Ervaring in soortgelijke functie;
  • Affiniteit met automatisering en ervaring met de Office pakketten;
  • Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid in het Nederlands (Engels is een pre);
  • Accuraat, goed georganiseerd en stressbestendig;
  • Representatief, gedisciplineerd en communicatief vaardig;
  • Op de maandag & vrijdag kunnen werken is een voordeel voor het sollicitatie proces!
  • Teamplayer.
