Vous recherchez un emploi à Porto, Portugal ? Nous recrutons un(e) Analyste Modération de Contenu pour rejoindre une équipe multilingue au service d'un client international.

Le poste de Analyste Modération de Contenu consiste à examiner les contenus publiés par les utilisateurs et appliquer les règles de la plateforme de manière cohérente et équitable. La maîtrise du français est indispensable, et vos compétences linguistiques seront mobilisées chaque jour.

Principales missions :

  • Examiner textes, images, audios et vidéos selon les règles publiées de la plateforme.
  • Prendre des décisions cohérentes sur les contenus et documenter clairement les motifs.
  • Transmettre les cas peu clairs ou à haut risque aux réviseurs compétents.
  • Respecter les objectifs de précision et de rapidité tout en veillant à votre bien-être.
  • Participer aux sessions régulières de calibrage pour garder des décisions cohérentes.

Profil recherché :

  • Maîtrise courante du français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
  • Communication professionnelle, chaleureuse et patiente.
  • Aisance avec l'outil informatique et plusieurs logiciels en parallèle.
  • Fiabilité, sens du détail et esprit d'équipe.
  • Capacité à rester calme et concentré dans un environnement exigeant.
  • Bon niveau d'anglais.
