ABOUT THE POSITION:

Are you fluent in Arabic and English and passionate about gaming and digital content? Join TELUS Bulgaria in Sofia as an Arabic-Speaking Gaming Content Reviewer.

In this role, you will review and assess gaming-related content to help maintain a safe, respectful and positive online environment. You will evaluate content in accordance with established guidelines and policies, ensuring compliance with platform standards. You will also communicate with users via email and chat when required.

This is an on-site position offering relocation assistance for eligible candidates interested in starting a new chapter in Bulgaria.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and evaluate gaming-related content in Arabic to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.

Identify and assess content that may violate established rules and standards.

Help maintain a safe, respectful and engaging online gaming environment.

Handle content-related interactions via email and chat, providing clear and professional communication.

Apply content moderation policies consistently and accurately.

Identify potentially inappropriate or non-compliant content and take appropriate action in accordance with established procedures.

Maintain accuracy, productivity and quality standards while handling daily tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in Arabic, with strong reading comprehension and written communication skills.

Good command of English for workplace communication, training and internal processes.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow guidelines and procedures accurately.

Good analytical and decision-making skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage repetitive tasks effectively.

Comfortable reviewing gaming-related digital content.

Ability and willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Flexibility to work shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 02:00, Monday to Sunday, according to operational requirements.

Previous experience in content moderation, customer support or a similar role is an advantage but is not specified as mandatory.
