Wir suchen aktuell einen German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager in Barcelona – eine Position, in der du mit einer der weltweit führenden Digital-Marketing-Plattformen arbeitest und Unternehmen beim Wachstum durch effektive Werbestrategien unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist Trusted Advisor für neue Kunden und begleitest sie im Onboarding-Prozess
  • Du entwickelst und betreust leistungsstarke Google Ads (PPC) Kampagnen
  • Du verstehst die Ziele deiner Kunden und setzt diese in erfolgreiche Marketingstrategien um
  • Du baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und steigerst Zufriedenheit und Kundenbindung
  • Du erkennst Upselling-Potenziale und trägst aktiv zum Umsatzwachstum bei
  • Du führst täglich eine hohe Anzahl an Kundengesprächen (Outbound Calls)
  • Du pflegst CRM-Daten und optimierst Kampagnen kontinuierlich

Das bringst du mit:

  • Deutsch und Englisch auf C2-Niveau
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Digital Marketing, Sales oder in einer kundenorientierten Rolle
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu erklären
  • Analytisches Denken und datenbasierte Arbeitsweise
  • Proaktive, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Interesse an Technologie, Online-Marketing und Markttrends
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen und KI-Tools
