Deine Aufgaben

Als Customer Service Agent unterstützt du Airline-Kunden bei ihren Reiseanliegen:

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat
  • Unterstützung bei Buchungen, Stornierungen und Flugänderungen
  • Bereitstellung von Informationen zu Dienstleistungen und Richtlinien
  • Professionelle und lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Anliegen
  • Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Kundenservices

Dein Profil

  • Deutsch auf C2-Niveau + Englisch auf C1-Niveau
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, in einem strukturierten und dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Bereitschaft zum Umzug nach Malta

Gehalt & Vergütung

  • Monat 1: 5,60 € pro Stunde
  • Monat 2: 8,10 € pro Stunde
  • Nach der Probezeit: 8,50 € pro Stunde
  • Nach 12 Monaten: 8,75 € pro Stunde (leistungsabhängig)
  • Nach 18 Monaten: 9,20 € pro Stunde (leistungsabhängig)

Zusätzliche Benefits

  • Leistungsbonus: bis zu 2.000 € pro Jahr (nach 6 Monaten, quartalsweise ausgezahlt)
  • Sprachbonus: 250 € pro Monat (nach der Trainingsphase)
  • Relocation Bonus: 2.000 € (nach 1 Monat Beschäftigung)
