Wir suchen Deutschsprachige Kundenservice-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für ein internationales Team. Du arbeitest vollständig im Homeoffice und erhältst ein attraktives Relocation-Paket, das dir den Umzug nach Griechenland erleichtert.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Freundliche und professionelle Betreuung von Kunden per E-Mail und/oder Chat
  • Bearbeitung von Kontoanfragen und Meldungen zu Inhalten
  • Unterstützung bei der Förderung einer sicheren Online-Community
  • Analyse von Fällen und Erarbeitung passender Lösungen
  • Nutzung interner Tools und Richtlinien zur Bearbeitung von Anfragen
  • Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Nutzererfahrung
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit digitalen Plattformen (eine umfassende Einarbeitung wird selbstverständlich angeboten)
