Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential B2B clients across various industries and international markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their marketing and advertising needs.
  • Present and demonstrate marketing solutions tailored to client objectives and challenges.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design customized proposals and campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales effectively and meet revenue targets.
  • Track sales activities and pipeline progress, reporting regularly to management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client demands to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote Cross Border Talents' services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the marketing and advertising sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising concepts with the ability to translate client needs into compelling solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
