About the Role

We are looking for a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our client's international team in Athens, Greece.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support to Brazilian Portuguese-speaking customers, resolving their enquiries efficiently, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly customer support in Brazilian Portuguese via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, or accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal department when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the relevant CRM/system.
  • Follow company procedures, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet agreed performance, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Native or C2-level Brazilian Portuguese.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Technical Support, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment.
  • Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM/customer service tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, if required.
