À propos du poste

Nous recrutons un(e) Conseiller(ère) Clientèle Francophone pour rejoindre une équipe internationale à Lisbonne. Vous serez le point de contact privilégié des clients francophones, en garantissant un service client de qualité, une résolution efficace des demandes et une expérience client irréprochable.

Vos missions

  • Répondre aux demandes clients (téléphone, email, chat) en français
  • Analyser et résoudre les problématiques clients avec professionnalisme
  • Assurer le suivi et la satisfaction client sur le long terme
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour améliorer les process
  • Respecter les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) et objectifs qualité

Profil recherché

  • Français : langue maternelle ou niveau courant (C1/C2)
  • Anglais : niveau B2 minimum (oral et écrit)
  • Excellent relationnel client, sens du service et de l'écoute
  • À l'aise avec les outils informatiques et le multitâche
  • Disponible pour une relocation à Lisbonne
  • Une première expérience en relation client / centre d'appels est un plus (non obligatoire)
