Ein internationaler Customer-Experience-Dienstleister sucht einen deutschsprachigen Client Relationships Manager zur Unterstützung einer der weltweit führenden Online-Reiseplattformen. In dieser Rolle betreuen Sie Kundeninteraktionen und stellen ein reibungsloses sowie qualitativ hochwertiges Serviceerlebnis sicher, während Sie eine Vielzahl von reisebezogenen Anfragen auf Deutsch und Englisch bearbeiten.

Arbeitszeiten

  • Schichtarbeit von Montag bis Freitag (gelegentlich auch am Wochenende);
  • Arbeitszeiten zwischen 08:00 und 00:00 Uhr;

Gehalt & Benefits

  • Grundgehalt: 1.300 € brutto/Monat;
  • Leistungsbonus: bis zu 10 % des Bruttogehalts;
  • Essenszuschuss: bis zu 100 € / Monat (Edenred Ticket Restaurant);
  • Umzugsunterstützung wird bereitgestellt;
  • Bezahlte 3-wöchige Schulung (auf Englisch);

Beschäftigungsbedingungen

  • Befristeter Vertrag (8 Monate);
  • Vollständig remote Arbeit;
  • Bezahlte Einarbeitungszeit;
  • Arbeit an Feiertagen kann erforderlich sein;

Anforderungen

  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau oder C1;
  • Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau;
  • Ausgeprägte schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten;
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse (Windows, Fehlerbehebung, Tastenkombinationen);
  • Fähigkeit zum Multitasking und zur Arbeit mit mehreren Systemen gleichzeitig;
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder in der Hotellerie ist von Vorteil;

Aufgaben

  • Betreuung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat;
  • Unterstützung bei Reservierungen, Stornierungen und Änderungen;
  • Bearbeitung von Zahlungsanfragen, Rückerstattungen und Beschwerden;
  • Unterstützung bei kontobezogenen und bewertungsbezogenen Anfragen;
  • Bereitstellung genauer Informationen zu Dienstleistungen und Unterkünften;
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionelle und empathische Kommunikation;
