Nous recrutons des Conseillers Client Bancaire Francophones pour rejoindre une équipe internationale à Porto. Si vous recherchez une expérience à l'étranger, cette opportunité est idéale : un package de relocalisation complet est prévu pour faciliter votre installation et aucun niveau d'anglais n'est requis !

Lieu : Porto, Portugal Date de démarrage : 24 août

Au sein du service client, vous accompagnerez des particuliers francophones dans la gestion de leurs demandes bancaires au quotidien. Vous serez le premier point de contact des clients et les aiderez à trouver des solutions adaptées tout en garantissant un service professionnel et de qualité.

Vos missions : Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, email ou chat Accompagner les clients dans la gestion de leurs comptes et de leurs opérations bancaires Fournir des informations sur les produits et services bancaires Identifier les besoins des clients et les orienter vers les solutions adaptées Garantir une expérience client de qualité dans le respect des procédures
