Description du poste

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le secteur bancaire et assurantiel, nous recrutons des Conseillers Clients Francophones en CDI pour notre site de Porto. Vous bénéficierez dès votre arrivée d'un parcours de formation complet et rémunéré, conçu pour vous donner toutes les clés de la réussite dans vos nouvelles fonctions.

Missions principales

  • Accueillir et traiter les demandes des clients francophones via plusieurs canaux de communication (téléphone, e-mail, chat).
  • Conseiller les clients sur l'utilisation de leurs services bancaires, l'analyse de leurs dossiers d'assurance et la gestion de leur compte.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif back-office et la mise à jour rigoureuse des bases de données clients.
  • Proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients tout en garantissant un accompagnement de qualité.

Profil recherché

  • Maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit, niveau C1 ou C2 (langue maternelle ou équivalent).
  • Niveau d'anglais opérationnel B1, pour l'utilisation des outils informatiques et la communication interne.
  • Excellent sens du service client, capacité d'écoute active et rigueur professionnelle.
  • Autorisation de travail au Portugal (citoyenneté européenne ou titre de séjour valide).
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en présentiel sur le site de Guimarães.
