Nous recrutons des Conseillers Relation Client Francophones pour rejoindre un groupe international, expert de l'expérience client et partenaire de nombreuses grandes marques européennes. Lieu : Porto Démarrage : 27 juillet

Vous serez chargé(e) d'accompagner les clients francophones dans la gestion de leurs demandes administratives et d'assurer un suivi rigoureux de leurs dossiers, tout en garantissant une expérience client irréprochable.

Vos missions : Traiter les demandes administratives des clients Mettre à jour les informations dans les outils CRM Rechercher des solutions adaptées à chaque situation Assurer un suivi précis des dossiers Offrir une expérience client professionnelle et de qualité

Votre profil : Français courant (C1/C2 à l'écrit) Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques Sens de l'organisation et grande rigueur Excellent sens du service et de la communication

Horaires : Lundi au vendredi : 09h00 - 18h00 Samedi : rotation entre 10h00 et 20h00 Repos le dimanche + un jour de semaine si vous travaillez le samedi.

Processus de recrutement : Un premier échange téléphonique d'une dizaine de minutes avec le recruteur Un entretien d'environ 30 minutes avec le responsable recrutement Un test de compétences et de langue Une proposition d'embauche

Seuls les candidats déjà installés dans la région de Porto/Guimarães ou pouvant s'y rendre rapidement seront pris en considération.
