Nous recrutons des Customer Support Specialists francophones à Lisbonne, pour rejoindre une entreprise internationale leader de la télécommunication en Suisse.

Votre mission ? Répondre aux appels entrants de clients particuliers, les accompagner sur leurs questions liées à leurs abonnements, leur facturation ou leurs appareils, tout en leur proposant des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins.

Au-delà du support client, vous saurez aussi identifier les opportunités de vente et recommander les produits ou services les plus pertinents, tout en garantissant une expérience client fluide, positive et personnalisée.

Le tout dans un cadre de vie exceptionnel : soleil, océan, ambiance internationale et qualité de vie portugaise.
