Nous recrutons des Conseillers Commerciaux Francophones – Secteur Tourisme & Hôtellerie à Lisbonne, pour accompagner les clients d'une grande marque internationale de l'hospitalité.

Votre mission ? Transformer chaque demande en opportunité : accompagner les clients dans leurs réservations par téléphone et par email, comprendre leurs besoins, recommander les meilleures options et convertir chaque échange en réservation grâce à votre sens du conseil et vos techniques de vente.

Le tout dans un cadre de vie exceptionnel : soleil, océan, ambiance internationale et qualité de vie portugaise.

Votre profil : Français courant (C2) Anglais B2 minimum Une première expérience en vente, relation client ou centre d'appels Intérêt pour le tourisme, le voyage ou l'hôtellerie Excellent sens de la communication et de la persuasion À l'aise avec les outils digitaux et la navigation web
