Description du Poste

Travaillez au centre de Porto, en France, dans des installations modernes et confortables. Le site est facilement accessible par tous les transports en commun (une station de métro est juste à côté).

Pour attirer les meilleurs talents francophones, nous offrons les conditions suivantes :

- Salaire : 1 400 brut mensuel (sur 12 mois), comprenant :

- Un salaire de base de 930 brut sur 14 mois

- Bonus garanti de 100 brut ou plus pour les 3 premiers mois selon les objectifs atteints

- Indemnité de repas de 9 /jour (net, sur carte repas)

- Remboursement jusqu'à 40 pour les transports en commun (sur présentation de labonnement mensuel)

Votre mission :

- Recevoir les appels entrants des clients

- Accueillir et conseiller les clients

- Proposer des solutions personnalisées à chaque appel

- Vivre la culture de lentreprise et la partager au quotidien avec vos collègues

Aucune expérience préalable en relation client n'est nécessaire. Une formation spécialisée et rémunérée dès le premier jour est fournie à tous les nouveaux collaborateurs qui sont également accompagnés jusquà leur autonomie afin de garantir les critères dexigence qui font de Bouygues Telecom une référence de qualité du service client.

Si vous :

- Maîtrisez la langue française (natif/bilingue)

- Êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques

- Avez d'excellentes capacités de communication et dargumentation

- Êtes proactif, dynamique, assidu et avez le sens des responsabilités

Certification :

Certifié GREAT PLACE TO WORK en 2024 (pour la deuxième année consécutive) !
