Vous êtes francophone et souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement international dynamique ? Rejoignez notre équipe de service client à Lisbonne et accompagnez les clients en leur offrant une expérience de qualité.

Vos Missions

  • Assurer le support client par téléphone, e-mail et chat en français.
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients et les accompagner dans la résolution de leurs problèmes.
  • Fournir des informations précises et adaptées aux besoins des clients.
  • Garantir un excellent niveau de satisfaction client.
  • Mettre à jour les dossiers et assurer le suivi des interactions.
  • Respecter les objectifs de qualité et de performance.

Profil Recherché

  • Français natif ou courant (niveau C1/C2).
  • Bon niveau d'anglais.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication.
  • Sens du service client et capacité à résoudre des problèmes.
  • Une expérience en service client constitue un atout.
  • Citoyenneté européenne ou autorisation de travail au Portugal.

Horaires

  • Du lundi au dimanche
  • Heures d'ouverture du service : 08h00 – 22h00 (heure de Londres)
  • Exemples d'horaires :Du lundi au vendredi : 13h00 – 22h00 Samedi et dimanche : 08h00 – 17h00 ou 13h00 – 22h00
  • Planning rotatif avec deux jours de repos par semaine.

Date de Début

  • 19 juin

Rémunération et Avantages

  • Salaire de base : 1 100 € / mois
  • Prime linguistique : 150 € / mois
  • Prime de performance : 80 € / mois
  • Indemnité repas : 7 € / jour travaillé
