Nous recherchons des professionnels dotés dun excellent sens du service et dune grande aisance relationnelle pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Lisbonne en tant que Conseiller(ère) Service Client Beauté.

Vous représenterez une référence mondiale dans le secteur des cosmétiques et des soins de luxe.

Ce poste vous offre lopportunité dinteragir avec une clientèle prestigieuse et dincarner les valeurs dexcellence, de raffinement et dinnovation qui définissent lexpérience beauté haut de gamme.

Votre mission :

En tant que Conseiller(ère) Service Client Beauté, vous serez la voix de marques de prestige, veillant à ce que chaque interaction reflète le raffinement et les standards élevés de la marque.

Vos responsabilités incluent :

  • Fournir un accompagnement personnalisé aux clients via téléphone, e-mail et chat
  • Guider les clients dans leurs choix de produits, leurs commandes, retours et demandes diverses
  • Gérer les cas sensibles ou complexes avec discrétion et professionnalisme
  • Maintenir des normes de qualité de service irréprochables
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour optimiser lexpérience client

Profil recherché :

  • Maîtrise du français (niveau C2) oral et écrit
  • Bon niveau danglais (minimum B2)
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et sens de la communication
  • Goût du service client et capacité de résolution de problèmes
  • Calme, empathie et rigueur dans toutes les interactions
  • Une première expérience dans le service client, le commerce de détail ou lunivers de la beauté/luxe est un atout
