Descrizione del ruolo

Cerchiamo Customer Expert di lingua italiana per unirsi a unazienda leader a livello globale con sede ad Atene. Potrai lavorare comodamente da casa in Grecia o in sede presso gli uffici moderni. Offrirai unassistenza clienti di alta qualità mentre vivi in una delle città più vivaci dEuropa, famosa per le sue spiagge, la sua storia e la sua cucina.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Gestire richieste dei clienti via telefono, e-mail e chat in italiano
  • Fornire assistenza chiara, empatica e professionale
  • Risolvere problemi tecnici o di account di base
  • Inoltrare i casi complessi ai reparti competenti
  • Mantenere registri accurati e organizzati nei sistemi CRM

Stipendio e benefici:

  • Contratto a tempo pieno con stipendio competitivo (in base a esperienza e profilo)
  • Bonus mensile fino al 10% in base alle prestazioni
  • Supplementi legali: Ore notturne (22:0006:00): +25% sulla retribuzione oraria base (Legge 3385/2005 & successive modifiche) Domeniche e festivi (quando inclusi nel turno): +75% sulla retribuzione oraria base (Legge 435/1976, tuttora in vigore)
  • 13ª e 14ª mensilità pagate annualmente
