Entrerai a far parte di un team internazionale occupandoti dell'assistenza ai clienti di lingua italiana, gestendo richieste amministrative e garantendo un servizio professionale e di qualità.

Le tue responsabilità: Gestire le richieste e le pratiche amministrative dei clienti Aggiornare le informazioni nei sistemi CRM aziendali Individuare soluzioni efficaci garantendo la soddisfazione del cliente Comunicare in modo professionale e cortese Contribuire a offrire un'esperienza cliente eccellente

Il tuo profilo: Italiano fluente (C1/C2) Buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e sistemi CRM Precisione e ottime capacità organizzative Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta Orientamento al cliente

Orario di lavoro: Dal lunedì al venerdì: 09:00 - 18:00 Sabato a rotazione: 10:00 - 20:00 Domenica sempre libera + un giorno libero durante la settimana in caso di lavoro il sabato
