Sprichst du fließend Deutsch und interessierst dich für Recht und digitale Inhalte? Werde Teil unseres Teams als Legal Operations Analyst und stelle die Einhaltung rechtlicher Anforderungen sicher, um eine sichere Plattform für Millionen von Nutzern zu gewährleisten.

Aufgaben

Bearbeitung rechtlicher Anfragen im Zusammenhang mit Betrug, Urheberrecht, Datenschutz und Verleumdung

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Richtlinien und lokalen Gesetzen

Pflege von Dokumentationen und Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams

Laufende Aktualisierung zu Änderungen von Richtlinien

Anforderungen

Deutsch (C1+) und Englisch (C1)

Grundkenntnisse zu KPIs (FCR, SLA, CSAT)

Analytisches Denken und hohe Detailgenauigkeit

Bis zu 12 Monate Erfahrung in der Content-Moderation von Vorteil

EU-Pass oder portugiesische Aufenthaltserlaubnis erforderlich
