The Role:

As a Customer Interaction Specialist, you'll deliver exceptional service experiences to German-speaking clients while working remotely in Turkey.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Respond to inquiries in German and English.
  • Assist with product use, billing, and troubleshooting.
  • Record detailed case notes.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives.

Your Profile:

  • German C2, English C1.
  • Excellent communication and time management.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
