About the Job:

Were seeking a proactive Customer Relations Associate to provide outstanding support to German-speaking customers.

Main Duties:

  • Handle customer communication through all channels.
  • Manage cases efficiently using CRM tools.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
  • Deliver service aligned with company standards.

Requirements:

  • German (C2) and English (C1).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong organizational skills.
