What you'll do

  • Help members with their accounts, billing and technical questions
  • Explain features and find quick, friendly solutions
  • Make every customer's experience a great one

What you need

  • Fluent Spanish (Castilian) and Basque
  • English B2
  • Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
  • Flexible for 24/7 rotating shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays)
  • Living in mainland Portugal, with EU work authorisation
