This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal.

What you'll do

  • Help passengers by phone, email and chat
  • Create, change and cancel bookings
  • Turn complaints into happy customers

What you need

  • Spanish C1 and English B2
  • 6+ months of customer service or call centre experience
  • Flexible for rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 08:00–21:00, 2 days off)
  • Bonus: travel experience or Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo
  • Living in Portugal, with EU work authorisation
