Nous recrutons des Customer Support Specialists Francophones – Content Creators & Social Media à Lisbonne, pour accompagner les créateurs de contenu et influenceurs sur l'une des plus grandes plateformes technologiques au monde.

Votre mission ? Être le point de contact privilégié des créateurs pour les aider dans la gestion de leurs abonnements, de leur compte, l'utilisation d'outils marketing et la résolution de problèmes techniques. Vous les accompagnerez au quotidien pour optimiser leur expérience et leur permettre de développer pleinement leur activité en ligne.

Vous pourrez également être amené(e) à effectuer des appels sortants afin de faciliter la communication, résoudre certaines situations complexes et offrir un accompagnement plus personnalisé.

Votre profil : Français courant (C2) Anglais excellent (C1 minimum) Intérêt marqué pour les réseaux sociaux, le digital et l'univers des créateurs Excellent sens du service, empathie et capacité à gérer des situations sensibles Très bonnes compétences en communication et esprit d'équipe Capacité à traiter des informations confidentielles avec professionnalisme
