Location: Athens, Greece Work Model: Remote Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

This position suits someone who wants stable, well-organised work in Athens helping Danish-speaking customers. Start date: 19 October 2026.

Clear notes and a steady pace help the whole team deliver consistent answers. The team measures success by how well customers feel looked after, not only by how fast a case closes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Track your own quality scores and act on the feedback
  • Support new colleagues by sharing practical tips from your cases
  • Use internal knowledge articles to check answers before you respond
  • Pass recurring issues to your team leader so they can be fixed at source

Requirements:

  • Fluent Danish
  • Good English for internal tools and written documentation
  • Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage, though not required
  • Patience and a helpful manner, even in difficult conversations
  • Clear, professional written and spoken communication
  • A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
