We are hiring Italian Customer Service Advisors to join a leading European company specializing in customer experience and business process outsourcing. With nearly 40 years of expertise, the company partners with internationally recognized brands, combining innovation, technology and people to deliver outstanding customer service.

Location: Porto, Portugal Start date: 6th July

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support Italian-speaking customers by handling administrative requests and providing high-quality assistance. Your goal will be to deliver a smooth, professional and customer-focused experience.

Your responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and administrative requests Update customer information using internal CRM systems Find appropriate solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction Communicate professionally and efficiently with customers Contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience

Your profile: Fluent Italian (C1/C2) Comfortable using multiple computer systems and CRM tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written communication skills Customer-oriented mindset

Working schedule: Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00 Rotating Saturdays: 10:00 – 20:00 Sunday always off + one weekday off when working on Saturday

Please note that this position does not include a relocation package. Only candidates already living in the Porto area or able to relocate independently will be considered. Applicants must also have a valid right to work in Portugal or within the European Union.
