Location: Athens, Greece Work Model: On-Site Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

Join a Dutch-speaking team in Athens that is known for clear answers and fair, fast resolutions. Start date: 12 October 2026.

Clear notes and a steady pace help the whole team deliver consistent answers. You will adapt your tone to each person, from a short, friendly reply to a longer, step-by-step explanation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Track your own quality scores and act on the feedback
  • Keep case records accurate and up to date
  • Explain step-by-step solutions in clear, simple language
  • Meet the quality and response standards the team sets

Requirements:

  • Fluent Dutch
  • Good English for internal tools and written documentation
  • Ability to stay organised when handling several cases at once
  • Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
  • Patience and a helpful manner, even in difficult conversations
  • Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
