Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: Remote Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

An employer in Lisbon is hiring for a Customer Support Representative role and building out their Dutch team.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
  • Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
  • Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
  • Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email

Requirements:

  • Fluent Dutch, English
  • Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
  • Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
  • Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
