Looking for Swedish speaking jobs in Athens, Greece? We are hiring support specialists to join a multilingual team supporting an international client. In this role you will help customers find solutions quickly and keep them informed at every step. Fluency in Swedish is essential, and your language skills will be used every day.

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email and chat.
  • Follow clear procedures to resolve requests within agreed timeframes.
  • Keep customers updated on progress and next steps.
  • Record interactions accurately and share feedback with the team leader.
  • Work closely with colleagues to close cases efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Fluent level in Swedish.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of the languages listed in this advert.
  • A professional, friendly and patient communication style.
  • Comfort working with computers and several systems at the same time.
  • Reliability, attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.
