Danish-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Lisbon, Portugal

Relocation is possible for candidates currently living outside Portugal.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by phone, email, or chat
  • Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions
  • Handle requests and resolve issues professionally
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow established procedures and quality standards
  • Work in an international and multicultural environment

Requirements

  • Fluent/native-level Danish
  • Good level of English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Motivation to relocate and work in Portugal
