Danish Customer Support Specialist – REMOTE (Braga Resident Only) 🇩🇰

Cross Border Talents is looking for motivated Danish speakers to join our international team. This is a local hire for residents of Braga who are ready to start immediately.

  • Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Braga, Portugal)
  • Start Date: ASAP / This Month
  • Contract: Permanent (CDI)

Compensation & Financial Perks

  • Base Salary: €1,500 per month, paid over 14 months.
  • Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to €80 extra based on targets.
  • Welcome Bonus: Boost your monthly income with a sign-on bonus paid in 12 monthly installments.
  • Braga Position Bonus: An additional €20 per month for our local talent.
  • Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (paid via meal card) — one of the highest rates in the market!
  • Health Insurance from Day 1: Comprehensive coverage from your first day (small monthly contribution).
  • Zero Cost: The insurance becomes 100% FREE after 6 months of your contract.
  • Paid Training: Full professional training provided and paid from day one.

Health & Well-being

Your Profile:

  • Fluent/Native Danish (C2 level).
  • Good English skills (B2) for internal communication and systems.
  • Currently residing in Braga (required).
  • A customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Eligibility: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
  • Note: As this is a local hire for Braga residents, no relocation or housing package is provided.
