Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen auf Deutsch per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat
  • Lösung von Konto- oder technischen Problemen und Eskalation bei Bedarf
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation und rechtzeitige Nachverfolgung
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit

Dein Profil

  • Deutsch C2/Muttersprache
  • Englisch B2 oder höher
  • EU-Pass oder gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Griechenland
  • Flexibilität für Vor-Ort- oder Remote-Arbeit, inklusive Schichtarbeit (MontagSonntag, projektabhängig)
  • Bereitschaft zur Umsiedlung mindestens 1 Woche vor Arbeitsbeginn (bei Vor-Ort-Einsatz)
