What You´ll Do

  • Manage, optimize, and scale paid online advertising campaigns
  • Develop keyword strategies, manage bids, and oversee budgets
  • Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable improvements
  • Create performance reports and recommend optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to unlock new growth opportunities
  • Deliver an outstanding, consultative experience to business clients

What We´re Looking For

  • Fluent German and Good level of English (written & spoken)
  • Interest or experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or performance marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Structured, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

Previous experience is great — but motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn matter just as much.
