Looking for German and English speaking jobs in Sofia, Bulgaria? We are hiring content moderation specialists to join a multilingual team supporting an international client. In this role you will review user-generated content and apply platform policies consistently and fairly. Fluency in German and English is essential, and your language skills will be used every day.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review text, images, audio and video against published platform policies.
  • Make consistent decisions on content and document the reasons clearly.
  • Escalate unclear or high-risk cases to the appropriate reviewers.
  • Follow accuracy and speed targets while looking after your own wellbeing.
  • Take part in regular calibration sessions to keep decisions consistent.

Requirements:

  • Fluent level in German and English.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of the languages listed in this advert.
  • A professional, friendly and patient communication style.
  • Comfort working with computers and several systems at the same time.
  • Reliability, attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.

Location and working arrangement: This is a hybrid position based in Sofia, combining office and remote working. Working hours: 00:00-00:00 Monday-Sunday.
