Tijekom tipičnog dana, vi ćete

  • odgovarati na dolazne poruke i pozive suradnika i gostiju

  • davati točne, pouzdane i potpune informacije koristeći odgovarajuće alate, metode i postupke
  • osigurati visoku razinu usluge partnerima ili gostima te pružiti im pozitivno iskustvo

  • Tečno govorite hrvatski i engleski jezik
  • Imate diplomu srednje škole ili njen ekvivalent
