Engineering Manager x2 Location: New York City, USA (onsite 5 days/week) Engagement: Full-time, onsite Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 base + equity Industry: Technology

About the role We are hiring two Engineering Managers to lead teams in New York City.

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop engineering teams
  • Drive technical strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with product and design
  • Hire, mentor and retain engineers
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality software
  • Foster a strong engineering culture

What we're looking for Essential

  • 3+ years of engineering management experience
  • Strong technical background in software engineering
  • Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments
  • Must be onsite 5 days/week in New York City
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in startups or high-growth companies
  • Background in AI or enterprise software
