About the Role We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic French speakers to join our Customer Support team in lisbon . No prior experience is required full training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in customer service, while working remotely from anywhere in portugal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in French via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide assistance, information, and solutions with professionalism and patience.
  • Collaborate with team members and follow processes to ensure high-quality support.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written).
  • Good command of English for internal communication.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
