Unser Kunde arbeitet weiter an einem wichtigen Projekt und ist daher auf der Suche nach einem Country Manager, der unser Projekt gemäß den Vorgaben für Deutschland vorantreibt.

Wir suchen eine Person mit Erfahrung im E-Commerce-Management, die einen umfassenden Überblick über alle Phasen des elektronischen Handels hat und Erfahrung in der Teamführung hat.

Die Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten in Ihrem täglichen Arbeitsablauf:

Entwickeln, implementieren, überwachen und aktualisieren Sie den Geschäftsplan.

Neukundengewinnung und Bestandskundenbindung durch Online- und Offline-Maßnahmen.

Auswahl und Überwachung von Lieferanten.

Verhandlungen mit Partnern.

Team Management.

Monatliche Überwachung des Budgets und der Rentabilität der Verkäufe.

Entwicklung der Strategie (online & offline) und Ziele des E-Commerce-Kanals.

Festlegung von Werbeaktionen: Produktauswahl, Preisgestaltung, Definition der Kommunikationsstrategie.

Festlegung, Bewertung und Kontrolle der Ziele des Kanals (Servicequalität, Vertriebs- und Marketingziele, Umsetzung von Werbeaktionen usw.).

Erfahrung/Ausbildung

Eine Ausbildung in den Bereichen Handelsmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, digitales Marketing oder ähnliches ist wünschenswert.

Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Leitung eines E-Commerce-Portals mit mittlerem monatlichen Transaktionsvolumen.

Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Geschäftsplänen, Budgets und Jahresstrategien einschließlich Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen.

Erfahrung in der Leitung multidisziplinärer Teams.

Requirements

Strategisches Denken, Kreativität, Unabhängigkeit, Proaktivität, analytische Fähigkeiten und Ergebnisorientierung zeichnen den idealen Menschen aus. Sie sollte über starke Führungsqualitäten, Teamfähigkeit und ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Beziehungsfähigkeiten verfügen.

- Obligatorische Fähigkeiten: Kategoriemanagement bei Produkten der Informationstechnologie. Kenntnisse im digitalen Marketing sind von Vorteil.

Sprachen

Deutsch als Muttersprache und fließendes Englisch sind obligatorisch. Kenntnisse in anderen Sprachen werden positiv bewertet.
