German Junior Campaign Specialist – Google Ads Products in Barcelona

Full-time (39 hours/week) | Permanent contract | Hybrid model | Relocation support available

You speak German at C1 level or higher and are interested in online marketing, performance campaigns and digital trends?

For an international Google Ads project in Barcelona, we are looking for motivated Digital Marketing Consultants who strategically advise companies in the German-speaking market and actively contribute to their online growth.

Our client is an internationally leading provider in the field of Customer Experience with over 4,700 employees across 10 locations and has been recognized multiple times as a Top Employer.

If you are tech-savvy, enjoy working with numbers and have a passion for consulting and sales, this position offers an excellent development opportunity in the digital marketing environment.

Your Role

As a Junior Google Ads Specialist:

  • Advise German companies and agencies in the area of Google Ads
  • Optimize PPC campaigns to increase performance and ROI
  • Develop individual growth strategies for your clients
  • Identify upselling potential within the Google product portfolio
  • Work in a target-driven, performance-based environment
  • Communicate proactively via phone, video conference and email

You will be part of an international sales team with direct impact on the German online advertising market.

Your Profile

You are an excellent fit if you:

  • Speak German at C1 level or higher (business fluent)
  • Have very good English skills
  • Have gained initial experience in digital marketing (e.g. PPC, Google Ads, performance marketing)
  • Ideally bring first sales experience (at least 1 year)
  • Think analytically and enjoy working in a data-driven way
  • Are communicative and consultative in your approach
  • Have an interest in technology and online advertising

The Offer
