Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Italian-Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join an international support team, delivering an excellent experience to Italian-speaking customers across every channel they reach out on.

Requirements

Critical Requirements

  • Native or fluent Italian language proficiency (C1/C2 level)
  • Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher)
  • Valid EU citizenship with the legal right to work within the European Union
  • Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal

Important Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn internal systems

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment
  • Experience with CRM software or ticketing systems
