  • Datenanalyse: Analysiere die Leistung von Kampagnen, treffe fundierte, datenbasierte Entscheidungen und hilf Kunden, ihre Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Kundenbetreuer: Arbeite eng mit verschiedenen Marken zusammen und unterstütze sie dabei, ihre Marketing-Träume zu verwirklichen und zu skalieren.
  • Ständig am Lernen: Bleibe auf dem Laufenden über die neuesten Trends, Technologien und Tools im Bereich digitale Werbung.

Wer du bist:

  • Absolvent: Du hast einen BA/BS-Abschluss (oder gleichwertige Qualifikation), und ein MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing oder Kommunikation ist ein Pluspunkt.
  • Deutsch-Profi: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (auf muttersprachlichem Niveau) und deine Englischkenntnisse sind sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich stark.
  • Werbe-Enthusiast: Du hast zwischen 6 Monaten und 1 Jahr Erfahrung in Werbung und PPC-Kampagnen gesammelt (Kenntnisse in Google Ads sind ein Bonus!).
  • Vertriebs-Talent: Du hast auch etwa 6 Monate bis 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Outbound-Vertrieb (vorzugsweise B2B) und weißt, wie man überzeugend präsentiert.
  • Natürliche Führungskraft: Führung, Analyse und Kommunikation? Du beherrschst alle drei Disziplinen und setzt sie selbstbewusst ein.
  • Marketing-Nerd: Du bist leidenschaftlich für Marketing, Technologie und Online-Werbung – und du bist hungrig darauf, mehr zu lernen und dich weiterzuentwickeln.
