Deutschsprachiger Kundenservice-Spezialist Remote (nur Athen) / Vor Ort bei Umzug

Arbeitsmodell (WICHTIG): Diese Position ist remote, aber nur für Kandidaten, die bereits in Athen, Griechenland, ansässig sind. Kandidaten, die aus dem Ausland nach Griechenland ziehen, arbeiten vor Ort in Athen, mit voller Unterstützung bei der Relocation.

Sprachen: Deutsch (fließend) + Englisch (mindestens B2)

Vertrag: Unbefristet 40 Stunden/Woche (8 Stunden/Tag, 5 Tage/Woche)

Arbeitszeiten: Standard-Schichten je nach Projekt (Details im Interview)

Schulung: Vollständig bezahlte Schulung

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Professionelle Kundenbetreuung auf Deutsch und Englisch via Telefon, Chat und E-Mail.
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Dokumentation von Interaktionen und Nachverfolgung zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit einem internationalen Team zur Erreichung der KPIs und Verbesserung von Prozessen.

Wen wir suchen:

  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch B2+.
  • Kundenorientierte, empathische Kommunikation und starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
  • Fähigkeit, remote aus Athen zu arbeiten (wenn bereits ansässig) oder Bereitschaft, vor Ort in Athen zu arbeiten, wenn aus dem Ausland umgezogen wird.
  • EU-Pass oder gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Griechenland.
