Order Support Specialist – Mercato Italiano

Come Order Support Specialist, lavorerai in un ambiente back-office supportando processi complessi di ordini online e garantendo un'esperienza cliente eccellente.

Le tue responsabilità includeranno:

  • Gestire escalation provenienti dai colleghi customer-facing
  • Risolvere problematiche complesse relative agli ordini online
  • Gestire il processo dall'inserimento ordine fino alla consegna e ai resi (RMA)
  • Comunicare con i clienti tramite telefono ed e-mail
  • Collaborare con partner e dipartimenti interni per risolvere rapidamente i problemi
  • Svolgere attività amministrative dettagliate tramite SAP
  • Garantire precisione nella registrazione dei dati e rispetto delle procedure

Questo ruolo è ideale per chi ama il problem solving, il customer support, le attività amministrative e il lavoro in un ambiente internazionale.

Supporto Alloggio

Sono disponibili appartamenti condivisi affittati dall'azienda per i dipendenti internazionali per almeno i primi 14 mesi di permanenza.

Gli appartamenti includono:

  • Camere completamente arredate
  • Cucina attrezzata
  • Soggiorno
  • TV via cavo
  • Wi-Fi
  • Utenze incluse (acqua, gas, elettricità, internet)

Dettagli aggiuntivi:

  • Gli appartamenti si trovano generalmente a 20–60 minuti dagli hub aziendali
  • Lenzuola, cuscino e asciugamano forniti all'arrivo
  • Disponibile per candidati che vivono a oltre 100 km dal luogo di lavoro
  • Gli appartamenti sono riservati esclusivamente ai dipendenti (animali non ammessi)

Formazione

Durata della formazione:

  • 10 giorni lavorativi
  • 8 ore al giorno
  • Svolta in lingua inglese

La formazione include:

  • Integrazione nel team
  • Training su prodotti e sistemi
  • Formazione sulla gestione clienti (telefono/e-mail/chat)
  • Training pratico sul lavoro

La formazione è retribuita al completamento con successo.

Stipendio & Benefit

Con appartamento aziendale

  • Pacchetto retributivo totale: €1240,66 lordi/mese
  • Include il benefit relativo all'alloggio

Senza appartamento aziendale

  • Compenso lordo totale in denaro: €1240,66 lordi/mese

Il pacchetto include:

  • Stipendio base
  • Indennità ferie
  • Bonus natalizio
  • Buono pasto (€7/giorno)
  • Assicurazione sanitaria dal primo giorno
  • Benefit alloggio (se applicabile)

Contratto:

  • Contratto di lavoro di 12 mesi rinnovabile
  • Possibilità di contratto permanente dopo 2 anni

Orario di Lavoro

  • 40 ore settimanali
  • Turni a rotazione
  • Dal lunedì alla domenica inclusi i festivi
  • Fascia oraria tra le 07:00 e le 24:00

Requisiti

Cerchiamo candidati con:
